At the nursing home, an 80 years old man insists that he always brings his wife breakfast. in response to the inquiry “Why is his wife in a nursing home?” His reply was, ” Alzheimer’s disease affects her.
As a result, the question, “Would your wife mind if you didn’t come to bring her breakfast one day,” was posed to him and he stated ” She hasn’t seen me in five years, and she doesn’t even remember or know who I am.”
The Nurse Surprised, and questioned him:
“If she doesn’t even recognize you, why do you bring your wife breakfast every morning?” After smiling and gazing into her eyes, the old man said, ” I know who she is, but she doesn’t know who I am.”
